The browser enforces this: the site’s security policy only lets the page talk to the code libraries’ servers and an anonymous usage counter (tool name, file type, size range). A request carrying your file to anywhere else would be blocked before it left.

Check it yourself: open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, and run the tool. Or turn off Wi-Fi once the tool has loaded; it keeps working.

    How it works

SBI uses the same sizes as IBPS, with its own declaration wording that adds your date of birth. Make all four uploads here.

For SBI PO and SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) in 2026, upload a photograph of 200 × 230 pixels and 20–50 KB on a light background, a signature of 140 × 60 pixels and 10–20 KB in black ink and not in capitals, a left thumb impression of 240 × 240 pixels and 20–50 KB in black or blue ink, and a handwritten declaration of 800 × 400 pixels and 50–100 KB, all as JPG at 200 DPI. The SBI declaration is longer than the IBPS one: it includes your date of birth and a line confirming the signature, photograph and thumb impression are yours. The exact text for PO and for Clerk is shown here to copy out by hand, in English, in black ink, not in capitals. SBI also captures a live photo during the form. Pick SBI PO or SBI Clerk, add a photo for each slot, and download all four files.

    How to use it

    1. Pick SBI PO or SBI Clerk. The sizes it asks for load with a link to the official notice.
    2. Add each image. A phone photo is fine: drag and zoom inside the exact frame.
    3. Check the list. Format, pixels and KB are checked the way the portal checks them.
    4. Download. One file per upload, already named and sized.

    Frequently asked questions

What is the SBI PO declaration text?
“I (Name of the candidate), (Date of Birth) hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required. The signature, photograph and left-hand thumb impression is of mine.”
What is the SBI Clerk photo size?
200 × 230 pixels, 20 to 50 KB, JPG, on a light background, the same as SBI PO and IBPS.
What is the SBI signature size?
140 × 60 pixels, 10 to 20 KB, in black ink and not in capital letters.
Why does the portal still reject my file?
Check you picked the right exam, and that the file you upload is the one downloaded here, not a screenshot or a copy re-saved by another app. Notices change between cycles, so compare with the official link shown on the page.
Are my photo and signature uploaded?
No. They are cropped, cleaned and compressed in your browser, on your device. Location and camera details are removed from the saved files.
