Spin pages clockwise or counter-clockwise. Apply to every page or just the ones you list.

Pick the rotation (90 degrees clockwise, 180, or 270 / 90 counter-clockwise) and either rotate every page or list specific page numbers (e.g. 1, 3, 5-7). The tool reads the existing page rotation and adds your delta, so rotating a 90-degree page by 90 more makes it 180 (it composes correctly). Output is a fresh PDF with the same content, just oriented the way you want. Fast, no re-rendering, full-quality. Works on encrypted PDFs with owner-restrictions thanks to ignoreEncryption.
