How it works

Combine two or more PDFs into a single file. Pages stay in the order you drag them, page-for-page, no quality loss.

Drop the PDFs you want to combine, drag the file list to set the order, then merge. The combined PDF preserves the original page content from each source: text stays selectable, images stay at their original resolution, page sizes are kept as-is. There is no page limit and no file size limit other than what your device's memory can hold. Encrypted PDFs are loaded with ignoreEncryption, so most owner-restricted files merge fine. What this doesn't do: it doesn't deduplicate identical pages, doesn't rebuild bookmarks or form fields perfectly, and doesn't compress the output (use Compress PDF for that). All work happens locally via pdf-lib in your browser, so the files never get uploaded.

How to use it

1. Drop your PDFs. Drag the PDF files you want to combine into the upload area, or click to pick them.
2. Set the order. Drag the files in the list so they sit in the order you want them merged.
3. Merge. Hit Merge and the tool combines the pages locally with pdf-lib, no upload.
4. Download the combined PDF. The merged file downloads with every page at its original quality.

Frequently asked questions

Do my PDFs get uploaded anywhere?

No. The merge runs entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. The files never touch a server.

Is there a file size or page limit?

No hard limit. Practical limit is your device's available memory. We've merged 500+ page PDFs on a regular laptop.

Can I reorder the PDFs before merging?

Yes. After you drop the files, drag them in the list to set the merge order. The first file becomes pages 1-N of the output, then the next, and so on.

Does merging reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as-is, no re-rendering, no re-compression. Output size is roughly the sum of the inputs.
