## How it works

Pick a chat with your partner, your best friend or the family group, export it from WhatsApp without media, and drop the file here. Your Wrapped opens on the year with the most messages and starts with the big number: how many messages you sent each other. Then come who texts more, who replies first, who starts the conversation, the hour you're most alive, your top emoji and words, your longest streak of days in a row, and the receipts, from voice notes to “sorry”s. The last card sums it all up. Every card can be shared as a full-screen image made for WhatsApp status and Instagram stories, with names hidden if you prefer. It's all made on your device; the chat is never uploaded.

### Is there an official WhatsApp Wrapped?

No. WhatsApp doesn't make one, so this page builds it from a chat you export yourself. It isn't affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

### Can I make a Wrapped for a group chat?

Yes. The cards feature the five most active people.

### Can I make it for last year?

Yes. Pick any year in the chat, or all time.

### Is my chat uploaded?

No. The export is read in your browser, on your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else; once the page has loaded it even works in airplane mode.
